I used this practice this morning! Here are my takeaways - it was a great simple and fast practice to get me moving - I have trouble keeping count while saying the mantra, spinning makes me dizzy no matter how slow I go - I’m gonna try with my eyes open next time - I’m sure the more I do this the more my wrists will strengthen and it will all become easier - thank you for sharing this with us!!
@Christina Giaccio it’s a little better eyes open but still not great I’m sure the more I do it the better it will get - I’ve had vertigo several times and long plane rides mess with me so I’m sure it’s an ear thing and if this helps to reset that I’m happy - if not it only last a short time and I just have to pause between twirls maybe a reminder to slow down in life - I’m really enjoying this practice - thank you I’ve been doing it every day since you showed us!
