Hi everyone, I'm Savannah. My job is as an outdoor activity customer service, which mainly involves helping people understand the differences between various activities and processing bookings, that's my daily routine. Sometimes I need to communicate with foreigners, I wanna be friendly and polite, but most time I can only do is answer questions.
