Welcome to a new week. 九月到尾聲，A.R.T.S 也進行了第一階段，now what? 我們來玩一個遊戲！ 【Boomerang 迴旋鏢】 如果在這一週你心裡有個目標、任務或是里程碑，我邀請你寫在這一篇文下方。 週一丟出你的迴旋鏢，週五把它抓回來！🪃🪃🪃 這個練習的目的是拒絕盲目地過完一週，把心中想做的一件事情變成一句話，既然都說或寫出來了，實現的機率會比較大，讓自己在週末的時候可以說「At least I did this one thing!」 🧠 Ask yourself: 這週真正能夠完成的是什麼？ What can I actually accomplish? 我需要走哪些實際的步驟？What steps do I need to take? 🌳 我的本週目標很簡單： 找一個小時的時間練習開車💪🏼 最近很多 home projects 要做，我不想再一直等老公開車，趕快考駕照，但是第一個 baby step 就是要練習開車，I need to get behind the wheels. My steps: (a) 排開行程 (b) 執行！ ✏️寫得越具體越好，越小越好，不要把那個剩下600頁的原文書搬出來，寫最可行的目標。 例如 ＊「週五前我必須開口朗讀一張學習單」 ＊「週五前我要找一首英文歌自己唱唱看」 ＊「我要發一篇全英文的社群貼文」 ＊「週四上課我要開麥克風」 ＊「如果遇到外國客戶我要主動發言一次」 今天寫完後，週五回來自己報告 ＊「完成了」或是； ＊「沒完成」 記得，不管你有沒有完成， there is no shame; no embarrassment; no awkwardness. Just you and your words. 把自己的話丟出去，也把它接住。 我跟你保證，不管你的藉口、理由是什麼，這間學校裡一定有跟你一樣的同學。 So, what do you want to do this week? Share below.

I'm an auditory hustler. my partner @Chiehyi Chou is a visual hacker. Our company has a wonderful location where customers can relax, but that’s not enough to get people to come back over and over again. We want to do something fun! We need a hipster to help us design some creative outdoor activities and create more beautiful memories. Come join us!
