Did you get some 💖 this weekend?
When I was 12 years old, I remember walking to school feeling heavy — what I would now call low-grade depression. Head down. Eyes on the pavement. Shoulders collapsed. Then I had a strange thought: What if I just lifted my head? The shift was immediate. My environment didn’t change, my life didn’t change in that instant. But my nervous system did. And that changed everything. Over the years, I’ve lost and rebuilt my confidence many times. Every setback became an opportunity to strengthen regulation, resilience, and awareness. This is what I now teach. Confidence isn’t personality, it's physiology, and it's trainable. You don’t need to wait to “feel better.” You learn how to shift your state on purpose. That’s Advanced Nervous System Regulation. And it’s why I believe self-love is a skill — not a slogan. What’s one small physical shift that changes your mood almost instantly?
