Sharing a little freebie content idea you can use this week—especially if December feels busy and posting feels heavier than normal. 🎄 I’m doing this on my own Facebook page right now, and I’ve already had people commenting who don’t normally comment (which tells me it’s doing exactly what engagement posts should do). Here’s the simple 2-post sequence: Post #1: Share a photo of yourself holding a Christmas card (old or new) and ask: “Are we still mailing Christmas cards or not—and why?” Post #2 (1–2 days later): Share a photo of yourself holding a stack of old cards (or just an envelope) and ask: “Now that we’ve decided… what do you do with all the old Christmas cards you’ve saved over the years?” Why it works: • Nostalgia • Opinions • Stories • Zero pressure to be perfect I’ve already posted the first one and I’ll be circling back today or tomorrow with the second. Our kitchen turned into full Christmas mode today. Cookies everywhere, Christmas music playing, and lots of hands helping decorate. We make lots of goodies and spread the cheer around our community! This is a tradition we’ve done every year since my big kids were little (16 years), and it’s still one of my favorites. Not because it’s perfect (it’s not 😅), but because it’s together.
