Hey All. Im joining here from the beautiful mountains of West Virginia. While I have a playground of fun things to do in my state I have found myself stuck. Not long before my 46th birthday in February perimenopause started creeping in. Between fluctuations of hormones, night sweats, insomnia, etc, I have found myself on a Rollercoaster I want off of. I'm hoping to find some ways to either get off or atleast slow down the coaster to get myself back. I use to love being outdoors and working out but haven't done much of that in a long while. Definitely hope to find help, motivation, etc in the group!
