Hello Everyone.... Thanks again for joining our Skool Community. We have some ads running on Facebook currently, so let me know if you have joined our group because of those ads. Some of you I haven't met yet, so don't be shy to send me a message or to show up on our next call on Thursday evening. We will be discussing some homes that are "Shareable" and putting together a "Meet and Greet" at the "Quality Foods Upstairs Cafeteria" on Saturday Jan 17th, at 12:00 noon to 1:00 PM. The Quality Foods is located in: Eagle Creek Village #110 - 27 Helmcken Rd by the Victoria General Hospital. They have great Chinese food if you are hungry, or coffee and tea, and light snacks. After the lunch hour we will head out to do a tour of a few homes with suites. The idea is to tour some homes that may make good "Shared Home Ownership" joint venture opportunities. I haven't put the tour together yet, so if you look in the Skool Calendar you will see the zoom link for Thursday evening at 7:00. You are welcome to join in a discussion on which homes you would like to view on Saturday between 1:30 and 3:30. We are also working on a "Matchmaking App" and should have that up and available within the next couple weeks. Stay tuned....we are making improvements daily.
