Here's our Thursday night video based on the home located at 3905 Grange Rd. (see the Listing and floor plans below) Kam Brar from Auxilium Mortgage, breaks down the financing for 2 partners where the upper suite would sell for $575,000 and the lower suite would sell for $500,000. This is a quick tutorial showing how to access the most up to date list of homes that have Open Houses and could be shareable. You should be able to copy this link and put it directly on your desktop if you want. I recommend that if you want to see what's available, that every Friday (or Saturday Morning) you check this link (for either Westshore, Victoria, or Peninsula) and make a list of the homes you want to go see. Once you have talked to the Mortgage Broker I have suggested or have had a chat with your bank, and have received a rough number and idea of what you qualify for and feel comfortable with, you may want to look at the Joint Venture Agreement we provide. Send me a note and I will authorize access to the VIP Classroom at no charge. If you are buying a home through me and wanting to find a partner to co-own with, it is all part of the service. We will help you fill in the agreement when the time is right, and then have your lawyer look at it prior to final acceptance.
