the-upgraded-mind-academy-2400

I have been part of the academy for a while now and joined to improve my mindset but with the focus to build confidence and coping with a hectic lifestyle. I have learnt so much from Phil and his coaching and found techniques to help me. It’s been great to be a part of a community who have also taught and inspired me. I am always learning and would recommend the academy to anyone interested in the mind and wanting to self improve. Thank you Phil for all your fantastic coaching 🤩
