Another week wrapped up and a big one for me personally. I’ve officially launched my YouTube channel! Woohoo. Don't expect anything fancy, we're starting with the basics. Me and the camera on my phone. 🎥🙌 It’s been something I’ve wanted to do for a long time; alot of people have asked over the years why I havent created one yet! But I guess now that I've taken the leap to be my own boss, it's time to time it up a notch. Very proud of you and congrats on launching your YouTube channel! 🙌🏻🙌🏻 Had COVID last week and still testing positive, but finally starting to feel a bit better. Taking it easy this week and focusing on recovery - can’t wait to get back to routine soon. 😷

Thanks for the welcome - love how positive this space already feels! 🙌🏽 Small wins this week: sleep and recovery finally improving after a rough month, and managing to stay consistent with training despite a crazy workload 😅
