DAY 2 CHALLENGE
Scraped: A lead list of 5 real Fort Lauderdale dental practices — business name, phone, and website — pulled live with Firecrawl. Learned: What surprised me was Claude never just "scraped." It read what I actually wanted — find businesses I don't have links for → search; pull specific fields not whole pages → extract with a schema. It picked tools by the output, not the word "scrape." It also caught itself when extract merged all 5 sites into one record, and fixed it on its own. Use Case: This is literally my business — I sell an AI phone receptionist to dental offices, so this list is my cold-outreach pipeline: scrape practices by city, load 'em up, run the campaign. Same trick works for HVAC, law firms, med spas — any local vertical.

@Kevin Delhez Awesome. It's a cool one to do. The executive assistant is the most useful thing to have. Best of luck
DAY 6 CHALLENGE
Scheduled - It checks my work email every morning, it extracts action items and to do's and adds them to my notion page related to the project the email referenced. It sends me a summary of what changes were made in notion and any emails i should tend to. Scheduled Task or Loop? - Task...I wanted something to be done daily not just in the moment. One Surprise - it hasn't run yet. Crossing Fingers.

🚀New Video: I Turned Claude Opus 4.8 Into My Entire AI Operating System
In this video I show you how I turned Claude Opus 4.8 into my full AI operating system that runs my businesses, holds all my context, and replaces the constant tab switching between apps. I walk through the Four C's I use to build it (context, connections, capabilities, cadence), the mindset shift of working out of Claude Code by default, how I organize files and skills, and the bike method for safely giving agents more autonomy. By the end you'll know exactly how to set up your own AI OS and the trap to avoid when you start handing it real keys. GITHUB REPO
