Back on it, had some bs days but been gym prayed 5x a days revised, and had a coaching call for sales

Today’s live session focused on structuring our communication using the PPP method (point-proof-purpose). We had the opportunity to practice answering questions while learning how to build stronger and more impactful responses by applying the method throughout our answers. One of my biggest takeaways was identifying a weakness in how I end my responses. I’m glad I became aware of it because now I can work on improving it through practice and develop stronger and more confident endings in my communication.

Fasting today, started a new Islamic course and been focusing on that. Joined my 3rd call today as well, really good outcome from it. Learnt the PPP method and did role playing with Dino’s feedback which really helped. I tend to waffle sometimes, but he showed me how to make it flow effortlessly and end properly so it doesn’t leave the audience guessing whether I’m done or not.

Reset day, didn’t get much done, fasting played tennis and hit a short arm session, moved onto the next vid and revised for 2 hours

Fasting again, went on a run short 3k just to keep me active, met 70% of my kpis at work they set for me 2 weeks ago, went for dinner with the owner of one of Derbys biggest accounting firms very beneficial in terms of guidance in my career and the right time to take the leap etc, over all good day.
