Dropped Call Rate Kills Connection Rate
Cold Calling Metrics Hope everyone had a good break last week. We have been trying out cold calling for 2 months now. But our contact rate (someone who actually picks the phone and answers) is abysmal. The rate is about 0.1% for about 35000 calls dialled. We are using direct skip to get numbers and mojo dialer for dialings. Is there something I am missing here. We are dialing land lines as well as mobile numbers.

Thanks Brandon. I think we are for sure missing out on calls since my cold caller (1 VA at present) seems inexperienced with this aspect of dropped calls and is trying to make as many calls with the mojo triple dialler as possible. When you said use readymode - you mean the software ? I know you use that. Do you recommend it ? After I looked up readymode - I saw aloware which gives local numbers which I will imagine will increase the call pick ups for sure. I will make this change right away - after hearing from you with the choice of software and start cold calling anew from later this week. Thank you!
