I'm the semi retired dad in a family run business. Contracting. We have flipped our own properties, as well as working complete renovations for other investors to flip. We have the crew, equipment, and experience to flip, but not the funding. Plenty of opportunity in our area. Of course we stay busy doing normal contractor stuff, but would like to move toward flipping our own projects.
