🚀 Quick Question...
What's the biggest bottleneck in your business right now? - Getting more leads? - Following up consistently? - Booking appointments? - Too many manual tasks? - Clients slipping through the cracks? - Something else? I'm curious because over the last few months, I've been building GoHighLevel systems for businesses, and I've noticed that most growth problems aren't marketing problems—they're systems problems. A few examples: • Leads come in but nobody follows up fast enough. • Booked calls never get reminders, so no-show rates stay high. • Teams spend hours on repetitive admin work that could be automated. • Businesses pay for software they barely use. I genuinely enjoy solving these kinds of problems by building: ✅ Websites & Sales Funnels ✅ CRM Systems ✅ Automations & AI Workflows ✅ Email & SMS Follow-Up ✅ Appointment Booking Systems ✅ Membership Areas ✅ Integrations with your existing tools I'm looking to collaborate with: 🤝 Agency Owners 🤝 Coaches & Consultants 🤝 Course Creators 🤝 Dental & Healthcare Practices 🤝 Real Estate Teams 🤝 Home Service Businesses 🤝 SaaS Companies 🤝 Local Businesses that want to scale No sales pitch. Drop your biggest operational challenge in the comments, and I'll reply with an idea or automation that could help even if we never work together. Let's share ideas and help each other grow. 👇

@Chetan Mishra I completely agree. That's one of the biggest scaling challenges agencies face. Most agencies don't struggle with getting clients they struggle with delivering consistently as client volume grows. When every new client adds more manual work, the business becomes dependent on the owner. This is where systems make the biggest difference. Standardized onboarding, automated follow-ups, reusable funnel templates, content approval workflows, and CRM automations can remove a lot of the repetitive tasks while keeping the client experience consistent. The goal isn't to automate everything it's to automate the repeatable work so your team can focus on strategy and client relationships. Out of curiosity, which part takes the most manual effort for your team right now: onboarding, content production, client communication, or lead follow-up?

Looking for a Technical Co-Founder
**I have the LLC, the bank account, the clients pipeline, and the US market access. I just need someone who can build. Let's split the revenue.** --- **[Partner Wanted] Looking for a technical co-founder to build & sell AI automations to US businesses — LLC already set up, let's close clients together** Hey everyone, I'm looking for a driven partner to team up on building and selling business automations to the US market. **About me:** - US-registered LLC (Missouri) already operational — legal, banking, and billing infrastructure is in place - Background in CS + engineering management - Prior US work experience (F-1/STEM OPT) - Currently building AI-powered SaaS and automation products targeting US SMBs - I handle strategy, sales outreach, client management, and product direction **What I'm looking for:** - Someone who can build reliable automations (Make.com, n8n, Zapier, or custom APIs) - Bonus if you have experience with AI tools (OpenAI, Claude, LangChain, etc.) - You don't need to handle sales — I'll drive the pipeline - Could be a revenue-share or equity arrangement depending on fit **What's in it for you:** - Pre-built GTM infrastructure — no need to set up a company or figure out how to get paid - US market access without needing to be US-based - A partner focused on actually closing clients, not just building - Real skin in the game — this isn't a spec project **Target market:** US small businesses, CPA firms, marketing agencies, and service businesses that need workflow automation but don't have an internal tech team. If you're a builder who's tired of doing one-off freelance gigs and wants a real commercial partnership with someone handling the business side — DM me or drop a comment. Let's build something that actually sells.

Hey @Rakesh Gogineni , this caught my attention. I specialize in building automation systems using GoHighLevel, APIs, and AI tools. I’ve worked on sales funnels, CRM automation, lead nurturing, and full client onboarding systems, so this aligns well with what you're trying to build. I’m particularly interested in long-term partnerships rather than one-off freelance work, especially where there’s a strong sales engine already in place. Would love to understand your current pipeline, what kind of automations you're prioritizing, and how you’re structuring delivery. If it’s a good fit, I’m open to revenue share or equity-based collaboration. Let’s connect.

Using AI + GoHighLevel, businesses are automating lead follow-up, appointment booking, customer support, and sales conversations 24/7. What's the first task you'd automate in your business?

@Dionny Chejito Totally agree with you on that. Lead response automation is honestly where most businesses start seeing immediate impact because speed is everything in conversions. What I’ve noticed though is when you combine fast lead response with smart qualification and automated booking in one flow inside GoHighLevel, it turns into a full mini sales system rather than just automation. Curious, are you also layering in AI for conversation handling or keeping it mostly rule based?
AIOS and Claude
I'm curious of what everyone things about setting up this AIOS using Claude Code? I'm relatively new to this and have been primary using ChatGTP for most things, but is Claude a better AI tool to use? The AIOS sounds super interesting, I think a lot of businesses would probably adopt this. Has anyone had any success with offering this solution?

@Brett Fitzpatrick Yeah I’ve set up similar AIOS-style systems for clients. My usual stack is GHL (CRM + automations), OpenAI/Claude for AI logic, Zapier or Make for integrations, and sometimes custom webhooks/APIs depending on the use case. Main use cases: lead qualification, auto follow-ups, appointment booking, and internal task automation. Honestly, the model (Claude vs ChatGPT) matters less than how well you connect everything into the business workflow that’s where the real results come from.

@Brett Fitzpatrick Yeah that’s exactly what makes GHL powerful the all-in-one side of it. From my experience, compared to using multiple tools, GHL saves a lot of time on integrations, reduces costs, and makes automation much smoother since everything is connected (CRM, funnels, emails, SMS, pipelines). With separate tools, you get flexibility but also more complexity and things can break between integrations. Is it worth it? For agencies and businesses focused on lead gen and automation 100% yes. The ROI usually comes from faster response, better follow-ups, and higher conversion rates not just the tool itself.
