What is AIOS Specifically?
I've been seeing "AIOS" and the stories of people selling hundreds of thousands of $$ of the systems for quite a while now. Does anybody have a demo or a link to some documentation for an actual live AIOS system I can see? Can I get an example of some of the most common workflows you guys are creating within these systems? I'm just trying to wrap my head around the specifics before I go all in.

@Dakota Hoskins Thanks a lot for posting this! Crazy I have the exact same questions, seeing this new AIOS solution everywhere and just trying to wrap my head around it to fully understand it and how I can sell it to clients. I think I have the general idea of it but would love to see a live version of it in action so I can get a better idea on how an end user would actually use it. I do understand that it has multiple use case scenarios as well as the concept of an OS in general, but again like you I'd want to see an actual working version of one. Have you been able to find someone with a demo yet? I noticed in your profile that you say "Contact me if you want to see a live AIOS!" Where you able to figure it out and create a demo?
AIOS and Claude
I'm curious of what everyone things about setting up this AIOS using Claude Code? I'm relatively new to this and have been primary using ChatGTP for most things, but is Claude a better AI tool to use? The AIOS sounds super interesting, I think a lot of businesses would probably adopt this. Has anyone had any success with offering this solution?

Thanks @Uri Saasy for your input on this. Setting up an AIOS for a company that triggered agents and autonomous agents which requires someone to maintain, upgrade, optimize and enhance code I think is a great model for getting monthly retainers. Have you ever created and setup an AIOS solution for a company with multiple employees before? I'm curious on what these clients are saying about this type of solution and if its a viable solution for them or not. Also, what do you mean by "running a personal AIOS as team accounts for clients can do the same thing.."? can you elaborate on this?

How I Sent 60,000 Cold Emails in April as a Complete Newbie (& made six figures)
Hey AI Automation community! 👋 This took me 2 hours to put together. If you're looking for proven ways to get clients AT SCALE and actually make money for your AI automation agency, then this is for you. I run an AI agency that made basically no money because I had a hard time finding new clients. I tried cold email starting in November and it quickly become one of our most profitable acquisition channels. I knew NOTHING about cold outreach when I started. I learned A LOT along the way (including plenty of expensive mistakes), so here’s everything I wish I had known from day one. If you don't know what cold email marketing is, it's when you send out thousands of emails to potential leads you haven't spoken to before. The goal is for them to book a consult with you where you'll then close on a deal. If you do it badly, it will look like spam and nobody will respond. Do it where you target relevant people ready to buy and offer a lot of VALUE, and you will generate sales. Part 1: Technical Setup Domain Strategy - Buy dedicated domains just for email campaigns — never ever use your main company domain. - Set up DNS records immediately: SPF, DKIM, and DMARC. - Use Google Workspace or Microsoft 365 for better deliverability (roughly $4–6 per account per month). Email Account Setup - Create 1–4 email accounts per domain. - Start slow: 10 emails per account per day, then increase volume by ~10% each day. - Max once warmed up: ~25 emails per account per day. - Example: 4 domains × 3 accounts × 25 emails = 300 emails/day to begin with. IMPORTANT: Always warm up accounts for at least 14 days before ramping up. Extra tips that help a lot: - Add real profile photos and complete the accounts. - Older domains tend to perform better when you can get them. - Set up a custom tracking domain for accurate open/click data. Choosing Your Sending Platform You can do it manually with the part 1 technical setup above but it's way easier to buy an email account that's already configured and ready to go. I’ve run high-volume campaigns successfully with Instantly.ai because it has good campaign sequencing, deliverability focus, analytics, and lots of real-world insights shared by other operators who successfully scaled. It’s one of the best for cold email right now. But honestly, your lead list and outreach message matter more.

@Jason Bean Thanks for this I appreciate your insights. What are the different types of customer acquisition plan that you know of, slow and cheap as well as fast and expensive? The AI Audit services will help these potential clients to better understand what AI solution they should implement in to their daily workflows to help streamline their repetitive business processes saving them time and money, allowing them to redistribute their resources to more important tasks. The detailed audit report will provide a strategic plan on how to best implement the right AI solutions that will provide the best impact to their business. Is that enough info for you to give some copy suggestions? I agree people don't like to read too much. Less in more so the shorter the better, just want to get the point across with as minimal words as possible.

@Jason Bean thanks for your input on this. I do know of the PPC and content creation methods, but thank you. I agree that the direct outreach approach is much better then waiting for them to come to you and I do like the cold emails. I also think that cold DMs on different platforms are similar to the cold email approach. What's your thoughts on cold DMs? Thanks for your advice on how to possibly do this. To be honest I'm just getting started and need to get working on all this stuff so I don't have the answers just yet to you questions. My first task is to work at being able to deliver my offer, the audit. I need to work out those details first and then circle back to you on how to best market the offer via cold emails. I just want to say that I appreciate your help so far on this and I will come back to you for your how to advice once I'm ready, I'm planning that'll be soon.
I'm All In
Hello my name is Brett Fitzpatrick I live in BC Canada. I've worked in the digital space as a designer for over 25 years creating websites, web apps, branding, marketing assets & tools, print designs, etc. I have run my own business years ago then I moved into consulting for a firm in the US who focused on the water, agriculture & renewable energy sectors. I worked with them for the past 10 years. I have recently left this company and currently looking for new opportunities. Seeing how AI is rapidly changing as well as all the new opportunities and tools that are popping up everywhere these past few years, my goal is to become an AI expert so I can use these new skills to help businesses (small & large) navigate this ever changing AI landscape. I have a few reasons why I am doing this, my number one is for my family to be finically free and to have a better life as everything is getting so expensive these days. I am also wanting to do a career change even thought this is still within my wheel house as I have been utilizing AI tools within my workflows and projects, but I would like to have a better understanding and knowledge on the different types of AI solutions including the newest/greatest that currently exist and how to best implement them. The possibilities with AI are unimaginable/endless and I want to be apart of this revolutionary change and growth that is happening within our lifetime, I want to ride the AI wave. I’m super excited to have found this community and I'm looking forward to learning from as well as with you all. My hopes are to build up an AI company/agency that could partner with people in this community and eventually be capable of hiring multiple people from this community. I'm looking forward to this journey with you all and where it'll take me.

I see so many people here in completely different stages…but everyone talks like they’re at the same level. Let’s make it real for a second. 🔥Which stage are you at right now? Stage 1 – Watching & learning 🫡🫡 You binge YouTube, Skool posts, and courses. You know a LOT in theory, but no real offers, no outreach, no clients yet. Stage 2 – Building & testing You build workflows, AI agents, demos. Maybe tested on friends or fake leads. Still no proper paying client. Stage 3 – First clients in You’ve closed 1–3 clients (even low-ticket). You’re delivering, fixing bugs, and realizing what actually matters. Stage 4 – Dialing it in You have a clear niche + offer, 5+ clients, and now the problem is systems, fulfillment, and time. How to reply (copy this):Stage: 1 / 2 / 3 / 4Biggest struggle right now: Drop your answer in the comments 👇I’ll read through and reply with one thing I’d focus on if I were in your stage. 💎Me (so you know who’s asking): I’m Kartik, building BlitzFlow AI.I help service businesses (like HVAC )stop losing money from missed calls, slow lead response, and dead CRM leads using AI voice reception, speed-to-lead workflows, and automations.

Stage: 1-2, I'm still at the learning stage at the moment but have some clients lined up. I'm doing the consulting path right now and working at learning how to do and deliver a proper professional audit. My biggest struggle at the moment is working out how to do my first audit with the right questions etc. and then delivering a professional well thought out report to the clients. I'm currently working through the AI Consultant Crash Course.
