To Stay or Leave: Navigating a Challenging Boss
In the workplace, if you come across a superior who seems to single you out or treat you unfairly, is it better to persevere and stay, or to consider moving on and finding a new job?🧐

@Evelyne Vincent thank you for your advice. Actually, it’s related to office politics, which I really hate. If I were in this situation, I would just leave. But this lady has been with the company for about seven years and is now a manager. She has faced similar issues, but it’s hard for her to just leave because she has already achieved so much within the company.

🇺🇸 English Expressions: Taking It Up a Notch 🔥💪
Hey everyone! 👋 Today’s expression is “taking it up a notch.” 🔥 👉 It means to increase intensity, quality, or effort — making something better, stronger, or more exciting than before. Origin: This phrase comes from mechanics and engineering, where a “notch” is a small increment or level. To take it up a notch literally meant to move a lever or control to the next level. Over time, it entered everyday English to mean stepping things up. ⚙️ Examples: • The team was doing well, but the coach wanted to take it up a notch. 🏀 • This recipe is good, but adding more spices really takes it up a notch. 🌶️ • She wanted to impress the audience, so she took her performance up a notch. 🎤 Now it’s your turn! 💬 Drop your own sentence using “taking it up a notch” below 👇 WE LEARN FROM EACH OTHER! 🤝 English Expressions page in the Classroom 👉https://www.skool.com/lme/classroom/c7105c70?md=a0522a36e24d4286a880b2f958b8f1ea

Chinese BBQ
🔥 Grilled to Perfection! 🔥 Just had the most amazing barbecue feast! 🍢🍖 On the right, we've got succulent lamb chops grilled to perfection, with a hint of char that adds just the right amount of smokiness. 🐏 To the left, a delightful mix of beef and lamb skewers, paired with some fresh seafood and veggies. The prawns are perfectly grilled, and the lotus root adds a nice crunch. 🦐🌿 And don't forget the grilled eggplant below, topped with a delicious blend of minced garlic, chili, and green onions. It's the perfect side to complement the skewers. 🍆🌶️ The pickled veggies on the side are a great palate cleanser between bites. 🥗 This meal was all about the flavors and textures, and it was absolutely worth every bite. Can't wait to come back for more! 😋 —The text description is provided by AI.👏

Help ~ How to pronounce 'gone'
Could any Coach tell me how to pronounce the word 'gone'. It's from PIRF453. I know the pronunciation should be 'ow+n', but sometimes there's issue on my vowel, sometimes it seems there's issue on my n sound(like ng). Even though I can hear my pronunciation was strange, I don't know how to correct it. Even though sometimes I made it right according to Coach's instructions, I cannot tell why I was correct. Especially in PIRF453, it followed by the word 'wrong', so tough to say. I think the main reason is because this is a common word, and I have a strong bad habit so far. Thanks for any help ~
