Hi everyone! I’ve had a client enquire ref a cake & tray bake selection for their wedding. They are wanting an 8” cake with 60 tray bakes along side it. I’ve priced the main cake but not sure how to price the tray bakes as this is a new thing for me! They are wanting 20 of each: old school cake, coffee & walnut, lemon. How would you suggest pricing this? Also if anyone has any recipes for this, please send them my way!
