I have a question. I just created one demo agent, but my question is: if I onboard a client, what would the process look like if I explain it to them like this? We’ll create an inbound agent that will answer your calls after hours so you’ll never miss leads again. We’ll book appointments for your customers. We’ll connect the system to your CRM if you already have one. Otherwise, we can suggest and set up the CRM that I learned about in this course. My questions are: If a customer calls again and wants to cancel or reschedule their appointment, how can I handle that? Secondly, if a client says they want the agent to remind customers 1 hour or maybe 2 hours before the appointment, what should my answer be?

For reschedule or cancel you have to use n8n that I use or maybe umair is working on second brain os for that I think

Muhammad and I have been cooking up something really special. But before that, a quick fact for you: GHL isn't the most popular or widely used CRM in the US. I call these the "people of the internet". ### And if you're anything like me, you're a person of the internet. But in the "real world", CRM's are a dime a dozen: PipeDrive, Zoho, Less Annoying CRM, One Page CRM, Fresh Sales, HubSpot, Sales Force, Wise Boss, and the list goes on. And it's exactly this variety that makes the "real world" hard to crack. Because let me repeat, unlike the people of the internet, the people of the real world are divided when it comes to a CRM. Good news: the people of the internet are ALWAYS a step AHEAD when it comes to tech. And because the real world is always BEHIND the internet world, it's exactly this GAP, this delta which presents the opportunity. Our goal in this community is to give you done for you (DFY) and do it yourself (DIY) options. ## But first, what really is an AI Agent and how is it different from ChatGPT, Claude or Gemini? When you hand a Large Language AI Model tools like sendEmail, writeToAGoogleDoc, addToGoogleSheet, addContactToMyCRM or bookAppointmentInMyCalendar, you give it *agency*. Agency means that it can work with tools you use, but WITHOUT relying on you. You give it the tool and you tell it "this is how you will use it on my behalf".... and it does it. There's a bit more: you can also hand it your "entire knowledge base". Which means, it can think around your lines. This can be your notes, docs, etc turned into a "searchable knowledge base" that the AI references or uses to answer customer questions. And finally, you can give it "scenario specific prompts".
