Muhammad and I have been cooking up something really special.

But before that, a quick fact for you: GHL isn't the most popular or widely used CRM in the US. Or in the world (and yes, we have the data to prove it!).

Reality? GHL is popular amongst the savvy: Content Creators, Influencers, High Ticket Coaches, SMMA, AI Automation Agencies, etc. The folks most active on Twitter and YouTube or the folks running Facebook/Insta Ads to their courses. I call these the "people of the internet".

But in the "real world", CRM's are a dime a dozen: PipeDrive, Zoho, Less Annoying CRM, One Page CRM, Fresh Sales, HubSpot, Sales Force, Wise Boss, and the list goes on.

And it's exactly this variety that makes the "real world" hard to crack. Because let me repeat, unlike the people of the internet, the people of the real world are divided when it comes to a CRM.

Good news: the people of the internet are ALWAYS a step AHEAD when it comes to tech.

And because the real world is always BEHIND the internet world, it's exactly this GAP, this delta which presents the opportunity.

Our goal in this community is to give you done for you (DFY) and do it yourself (DIY) options.

## But first, what really is an AI Agent and how is it different from ChatGPT, Claude or Gemini?

When you hand a Large Language AI Model tools like sendEmail, writeToAGoogleDoc, addToGoogleSheet, addContactToMyCRM or bookAppointmentInMyCalendar, you give it *agency*.

Agency means that it can work with tools you use, but WITHOUT relying on you. You give it the tool and you tell it "this is how you will use it on my behalf".... and it does it.

There's a bit more: you can also hand it your "entire knowledge base". Which means, it can think around your lines. This can be your notes, docs, etc turned into a "searchable knowledge base" that the AI references or uses to answer customer questions.

And finally, you can give it "scenario specific prompts". For example:

"If someone who wants to buy a Bay Area property calls you, use these prompts instead."

These prompts would tell the AI how to use knowledge & tools to

Pull data for Bay Area properties,
Reference laws related to sale/purchase specific to San Francisco
And identify financing options specific to residents of California

In short, when you give "Tools, Knowledge & Prompts" in a package to a ChatGPT, Claude or Gemini, it gets agency and becomes an AI Agent.

## What does a DIY look like?

You will setup the AI Agent with a "system prompt" that tells it who it represents and how to behave. And after that, you just add one URL and it pulls all the tools for that CRM: scheduleAppointments, searchAppointments, rescheduleAppointments, cancelAppointments.

Each tool represents a detailed workflow, custom coded to handle millions of requests. You could have a 1000 people call at the same time and book appointments in parallel, and the tools would handle it.

From the easy to handle, predictable situations to the problematic cases you wouldn't think of or find a pain in the ass to solve on your own, it's all taken care of.
