I didn’t get to posting on Friday on how my meditation goals went so I wanted to share before the call today! I meditated 6/7 days this week and had a beautiful transmission sitting in silence. I felt so much love from God and validation that I am on the right path. I am excited to continue this in daily practice! Can’t wait to see you all today✨🪽💞

Not to brag…but it’s only Monday and my weekly intention of honoring spaciousness and resting between calls is off to a STRONG start. ❤️‍🔥💯 Both my morning calls got rescheduled…so I slept until 2 pm! Old versions of me would have taken the time to check off other things on the “get to do” list, but this version knows that rest is sometimes the most productive thing we can do. Resting is when our subconscious integrates and we create space to receive. Then, I danced and stretched and hopped in the sauna. Now, I’m gonna rest for another hour before an evening call. Yeeeehawwww, baby!! 🤠💕😇 How did your intentions go today?
