Hi guys I Hafiz and I do 100 pushups and 25 pull-ups everyday as my daily routine (doing more reps when its easier in the future) and I feel much stronger everyday. My goal is to look bigger and bulkier through calisthenics and I'm already shredded quite skinny as I run a lot. My aspiration and hobby is playing football that's why I run a lot and I train my technical football skills 5-6 times a week. So I found out that I need to bulk up but not lift weights at the same time while running a lot every week. My dream is to play professionally overseas and to represent my country
