A few days ago I went rock climbing with a dear friend of mine. I am grateful she invited me because I very much enjoyed it. I like how it feels to climb because you have to focus on climbing and using your body to get higher. If you dont preserve your strength you will be too tired to climb. If you take a step too far or risky, you may fall. The one who taught me is a skilled climber and the way she moves reminds me a lot of kung fu, which I practice. She is connected with her body and was thoughtful in her movements. When climbing she looked as if she never left the ground, it was beautiful to watch. Would you ever try rock climbing?
