@William Stewart i know what ya mean. Its so hard being consistent with work and family commitments. I think just doing as much as you can is a good start.

Day 3
3 days of hitting the gym in a row. Today was a bit of a struggle as I was quite tired. But glad I went. Especially as it was leg day. Should feel it tomorrow.

Hi Dave I'm Guy. Think you should know me 😉 I'm trying to get back to training with some sort of regularity but work keeps getting in the way and tiredness. ( I'm good at the weekend at making excuses not to do anything even though I know if I did id feel better). Im guessing that being accountable to someone will spur me on to get my ass in gear. Id like help with nutrition i think I'm eating right but probably to much. And definitely not training enough. I've started the 10 min walking a day which with work is easy. But tonight I start the training

Im follow your one but just gona go and lift something and enjoy the process haven't trained properly in months so just want to make going a habit again.
