Wind-down reflection
These last 2 weeks doing the evening wind-down, I have noticed that most days I have been very tired, I am doing better now with not over working myself on my capstone project, which I feel like I have made a lot more progress on in short amounts of time (1-2 hours working on it). I have also downloaded a new app called "Alarmy", which gives you little games to play in the morning before you turn off your alarm. I'm hoping to see some improvments with this app!

It's great to see you getting useful information from your Wind-Downs, Quinton! I think shorter deep work periods work better than long work sessions too. Especially when doing intellectually challenging tasks.

@MukukÄ Musowa Go to classroom/Start Here then click on the relevant section on the left. From there you should see a video and if you scroll down you'll find the assignment. Hope that helps :)
