About the optimising cart abandoned flow
Hi @Nabeel Azeez, first of all, thanks for shooting this massively undervalued training video. I'm in the midst of helping and advising a supplement brand startup with their email side of things. As I'm in the process of planning, these questions came into my mind: 1)Say the store has many best-selling products, that means I need to craft unique cart abandonment flows based on each best-selling product then? 2)Say a prospect adds 2 of the best-selling products, (but not sold in a bundle), the prospect will be receiving 2 different cart abandonment flows?

@Nabeel Azeez 1)Ok thanks for the reminder on using the "Premium" category. 2)Noted on the browse abandon email flow trick. 3)Ok now I see the logic behind keeping best sellers abandoned cart flow on all the time (and only trigger non-best-seller abandoned cart flow if they aren't in the best sellers abandoned cart flow)

@Nabeel Azeez Oh so this is the reason why it's common to see an eCom store having like 20, 30+ email flows. When the store adds more SKUs, then there would be more browse abandoned flow, for exp. And it's also why we have to constantly monitor and update the flows accordingly?

@Nikhil R Yeah. But not commenting, replying to comments. I would never allow this to take over commenting. People can sniff out the AI element if you do that.

@Nikhil R That's right. And there's a whole wave of people on LinkedIn making posts exposing all these AI comments. Just don't do that. And even when you draft the posts with AI via automated content system, it should still have your voice, your own story, your own spin in it. There needs to be a human in the loop. Made this infographic to show you what I mean.

Just wanted to say thank you, Nabeel. The list boss training was genuinely next level. @Sahil Guddeti Ya agree with this wholeheartedly. Many sites show that eCom brands tend to just send 2-3 cart abandonment emails and call it a day. Nabeel has shown us concrete proof that sending more emails can & will work.
