I need someone I can trust to buy my house fast, without repairs, without hassle.” Why This Is Their Top Problem - They’re facing foreclosure, job loss, divorce, probate, or major debt. - Every day costs them more money, damages their credit, and increases stress. - They don’t have money to fix the house or pay for a Realtor. - Time pressure makes them desperate for a quick, certain sale. Hi, I am Greisha. I am a real estate wholesaler and aspiring real estate investor. I want to sell more real estate. Comfort is keeping me stuck! Working on making myself uncomfortable and being more disciplined/consistent. I have tried a few AI's.... such as perplexity ai, claude, Emily, Fireflies, chatgpt and checked out a few others. Nothing I am stuck too.. still in the beginning stages of learning AI. :)
