I'm doing some research and I'm guessing it has been triggered by choosing manufacturer in my registration. But here's the email below. I just registered in dibbs about a month ago and a few weeks after my account was locked. "Good morning/afternoon/evening, As previously indicated, we are seeking to validate your business operation before we grant access to the DLA automated procurement process. In order for your account to be approved and unlocked, the following information must be provided: 1. Provide a description of your company’s history from the date it originated through to its current operation. a. Does your company have any other government or commercial experience providing the supplies or services outside of DLA? i. If so, what other Federal, State, or local agencies have you supplied parts or services to in the past? 2. Provide a detailed description of your company’s business operation. a. Provide the types of supplies and/or services the company intends to provide to DLA. i. Provide the Secretary of State information for your company 3. Provide an explanation why your company is registered as a manufacturer and/or have manufacturing NAICS with a residential or commercial office space address with what appears to have no manufacturing capabilities at that location. a. If your company is a manufacturer, provide the physical address of this facility and photos to support your manufacturing capabilites. 4. Provide for your company's Point of Contact associated with the Commercial and Government Entity (CAGE) Code and for all officers, principals or owners of the company a copy of a valid U.S. Driver's License or Passport for the individual listed. If, the aforementioned individual is not a U.S. Citizen, also provide copies of the most current Visa issued by the United States of America. Failure to provide a reasonable response within 10 business days will result in your account being required to provide a full reinstatement package, which then goes before the DIBBS Reinstatement Board for the review and recommendation process.
