@Mason Swan Riding ADV bikes is fun, but dirt bikes have literally changed my life.

@Johanna Huber that’s awesome. Stick with it. Some days are tough but don’t be too hard on yourself if you stumble.
Clutch pops
Probably a silly question that I'm overthinking. Does everything in the videos for clutch pops and weighting the bike translate the same to a 4 stroke? 4 stroke doesn't seem to wind up as fast as a 2 stroke so would it just be a matter of slowing that sequence down? Plan on having a 2 stroke eventually but for now I'm on a big heavy 4 stroke.
Hello
I'm Greg, I'm a fresh 54 years old, based in NC and been riding ADV and dual sport for several years. I bought a Beta 480 XPRO last winter to use as a DS bike. I wanted to have a day to tune the suspension and get the bike set up to my personal liking and went to Brushy Mountain, a closed course so I could make frequent stops back at the truck if needed. While riding on the new bike, I realized I was missing out on a whole different style of riding and a very important skillset. Working on technical skills is fun and really helping my all around riding. Will likely be on a 300 2 stroke soon. Looking forward to picking up some tips in here. Also looking forward to some in person learning in October from Catherine at Brushy Mountain. 🤘
