It was previously a pre-k/daycare and they wanted to use it as a church. The property is too far for his congregation to travel so they want to sell. He’s asking 450k but is open to seller financing. The balance on the loans is 300k and it is a private money loan. Just looking for a buyer that’s interested . Let me know.
