Seller Financing in Rome Ga
Hey guys I’ve got a property in Rome, Ga. The owner doesn’t have any financials for the property. They purchase it in September last year. It was previously a pre-k/daycare and they wanted to use it as a church. The property is too far for his congregation to travel so they want to sell. He’s asking 450k but is open to seller financing. The balance on the loans is 300k and it is a private money loan. Just looking for a buyer that’s interested . Let me know.

Commercial real estate isn’t just bigger properties, it’s a different game. In residential, properties are valued by comparable sale. in commercial, they’re valued by income. That means one small increase in Net Operating Income (NOI) can dramatically increase the property’s value. Commercial is less emotional, more numbers. Less HGTV… more spreadsheets. If you’re in real estate and not learning how income producing properties work, you’re leaving opportunity on the table. What part of commercial real estate do you want to understand better?

@Stilevia Dem is frustrated with doing the same amount of work for less money. I'm not greedy, but I want to be paid a good amount for my time. Plus, I have always wanted to venture into commercial real estate. I have just been scared to jump in, until now.
