Do You Need To Turn It Up?
One thing I've noticed over the years is that most people only trust what they do at high intensity. Hard rounds. Hard workouts. Hard efforts. But some of my biggest improvements have come when I slowed things down enough to actually pay attention. To notice the details. To experiment. To make adjustments. To learn. I'm curious: What's something in your training that actually got better when you stopped forcing it?

Position control. No hurry. Just take the time to set up / block well and understand what you should pay attention to
What Helps You Recharge?
Lately I've been thinking a lot about recovery. Not supplements. Not sleep. Not training. What actually helps you recharge? Could be a vacation. Could be a walk. Could be a UFC night. Could be dinner with friends. Could be sitting on the couch doing absolutely nothing. What's one thing that genuinely helps you recharge?

Sleeping in. Not for the sleep but for the lazyness and no stress
