Thank you for such a great learning experience. I truly appreciate the marathon effort that you and Joann put into this, and I can only imagine how much preparation it required. I learned something new, or was reminded of something valuable, in every session. Much appreciation to the organizers and speakers. I found @Anne Baker 's session particularly helpful. As someone recovering from a glute/hip injury, Iβve realized that long stretching sessions no longer serve me well. Anneβs approach to mobility was very helpful and informative, and I especially appreciated the opportunity to actually do the exercises with her. It was not only a practical perspective, but also a chance to try something different, something my body and soul responded really well to.
