This full guide shows exactly how to go from zero to your first agentic AI workflow in 26 minutes with Claude Code, step by step. This is the most valuable video I've ever made on Agentic AI Workflows, so make sure you watch this full tutorial. Hope you enjoy!

@Morgan Racon That’s the bridge we’re all building. 🎯 The WAT framework is fire for the logic, but clients pay for the interface, not the terminal. Are you thinking of wrapping it in a custom UI or just selling the automated results?

@Burak Sahin Hi Burak, welcome This is a solid place to learn. What’s your main focus at the moment are you looking into the technical side of AI, or more the business automation side of things?
🤖 Is AI Automation "Broken" or Are We Just Using Old Blueprints?
Let’s be real for a second. We’ve all had that moment: You spend 3 hours setting up a "simple" Zapier or Make.com flow, only for it to error out or produce something that sounds like a 1990s chatbot. It’s easy to feel like the "AI Revolution" is just a bunch of extra work disguised as "efficiency." The Aha Moment 💡 If you’ve felt like AI automation isn't "working" for your specific workflow yet, here’s a secret: The tech isn't the bottleneck anymore. Our imagination is. We are moving away from "Basic Bots" and into the era of Intelligent Systems. The real magic happens when you stop trying to make AI replace you and start making it augment your unique genius. Automation shouldn't just do the work; it should give you the headspace to do better work. Why we’re actually here (The Opportunity) The AI Automation Society isn't just about connecting apps. It’s about: - Buying back your Saturdays. - Removing the "busy work" that kills your creativity. - Building assets that work while you sleep. If your first few automations felt like a flop, don't walk away. You’re just one "Start Here" module or one YouTube deep-dive away from the system that actually clicks

If you’ve hit a wall with the technical side of AI, you're actually in a great position. In 2026, the industry is shifting from "How do we build it? to How do we actually use it to make money? When the tech isn't going, it's usually a sign to pivot from being the mechanic to being the drive

@Harsh Singh This is a massive milestone. Closing that first client is often the hardest part because it shifts your mindset from I'm learning this to "I'm a professional doing this.
Stop Waiting for the "Right Time" — AIS+ Members Didn't
Most people are waiting for the perfect moment to start. More experience. More confidence. More time. But here's the truth: there is no "right time." The people getting results inside AIS+ didn't wait — they started messy, learned fast, and built real solutions. AIS+ isn't about waiting until you're ready. It's about getting the skills, support, and frameworks that make you ready. It's where beginners stop overthinking and start building. Take Khiyati Ilyas. She didn't wait for years of experience. She learned automation, landed a content creator client, and built a fully automated video production system that replaced 6 hours of manual work with daily automated publishing. (Check out her win in the image attached below.) You don't need to be perfect to start. You just need to start. @Teddy Bui This really hits home! The “perfect time” is such a trap, action always beats waiting. I love how Khiyati jumped in and turned learning into a tangible system that actually saves hours every day. For those who started messy like this, what’s the biggest unexpected lesson you learned once you just went for it?
GLM-5 experiences?
Does anyone worked locally with this model? I would love to hear your opinions about it

I haven’t deployed it in production yet, but I’m very curious about real world performance. How does it compare to other open models in terms of reasoning, latency, and resource usage when running locally? Would love to hear hands-on experiences
