Join @Tammy Feltner and @Karine Larocque for a grounding breathwork journey connecting to the nurturing energy of Mother Earth and the stable, expansive energy of Father Sky, the feminine and masculine principles that live within each of us. This session moves through three clearing rounds to release stagnant energy and tension, followed by three repatterning rounds to soften into love, gratitude, and intention.
