It’s a slow process but when the momentum takes off, every discipline, motivation, consistency and routine will result in feeling more fit and healthy. This was my lunch yesterday. Yes it looks boring but let me tell you, it was very tasty!
I didn’t eat or drink anything, apart from water, since 18 hours ago, but I’ve noticed my sugar levels going up. Can anyone explain as to why this is happening? Don’t forget, I am type 2 diabetic.
I managed to get my blood sugar levels within range and the challenge now is to keep it writing the green zone. I had a really nice meal around 8:30pm. Due to eating certain foods, there was no spike. No carbs. No sugar. No spike.
In the last few days my sugar levels were quite high. I’ve got it under control now and keeping it within a threshold. The feeling you have when you’re sugar levels are high is not nice. It is time to work on it to keep it down and eat healthy. How do you keep your sugar levels down?
