Thanks and Gratitude on my Thankful Thursday
Big time thank you @Antonio O. Centeno for the generous gift I just received. Totally unexpected but so thoughtful. This community and brotherhood has meant so much to me in my recovery. That has been gift enough. Have a great day.

Congratulations
Now for something different.
A G-Shock nano ring. Really? How many of you would buy this trinket? Here's Casio's description of the watch. Also, a more comparative picture of the watch. All this and more for $110.00 USD. In a nod to the 5600 line of G-SHOCK timepieces, the watch face features a 6-digit LCD that presents not only the time down to the second, but also calendar, dual time, and stopwatch functionality. The three side buttons are not merely decorative. They operate a variety of functions, including switching modes, turning on the light, and more.
Now for something different.

@G R I agree. Thought the whole nano concept went the way of the 3-D video player.

I just realized that I could start a Timex collection of just "Brands" and it would fill up a huge collection display. I would be divorced probably but I would have a magnificent collection of watches.

That is a very clean, simple yet eloquent looking time piece.
Monterey Monday
I am so stoked to be wearing this today. When I ordered this last month, Tim and Charlie from Monterey called to let me know the last production piece had just sold. "I knew I should have pulled the trigger sooner!" A couple days later, Tim called and said the piece they had used for the photos had just arrived and asked if I would be interested in owning that? "Wood eye?" (Peg leg. Peg leg. Bad dad joke) It arrived Saturday and I'm wearing today. Tim also included a cool note with it. Here's the specs on this beautiful Blacktip Standard DS. Introducing the Blacktip Standard DS diver, combining aspects from our new Coral Cave with the classic size and lines of the our flagship Blacktip Standard Tribute Series timepiece. Featuring a Arctic White white dial and silver polished stainless steel bezel. Here are the features that make the Blacktip Standard DS a serious tool built for performance: - 40.5mm case width - 14mm case height - 316L stainless steel - Ceramic 60-click uni-directionl bezel insert - PT5000 high-beat movement operating at 28.8k bph - 48.5mm lug-to-lug - 20mm lug width - Sword hands with C3 Swiss lume - Screw-down crown - Domed sapphire crystal - White dial with applied lumed dot indices - 100M water resistance - Three-link "oyster" style bracelet with micro-adjust clasp Have a great start to your week and your month. I hope your holiday weekend was enjoyable
