1 Down 1 to Go
As I sat down with Admins Masterminds and planned the end of December, I set 1 goal with 2 parts. Ever since @Wiktor Romanowicz told me about this a few weeks back, signing an influencer as their Growth Operator has become my focus. As a member of the Skool 100, traffic to my own offer was a MAJOR bottleneck throughout with very few calls booked. I was beginning to fear being that guy that β€œHormozi is going to hate.” (He still might) Finally, I woke to up this. Thank you again @Wiktor Romanowicz and @Andrew Kirby and @Jenna Ostrye Momentum is finally here!

@Ren Tyler Hmmm i think i understand your point. Physical Illness is a valid reason why inaction and seeming laziness might be excused. It needs to be treated and not just told "YOU NEED TO GO ALL IN BRO" However there is a guy who conquered Crohns disease and fixed up his life with the "Action/No Laziness Oriented Culture" It just comes down to how people use and apply it. For example "Hustle Bro" can be taking by some as "Neglect your health and take action" or I need to hustle and for that to happen i need to fix my health first and that is my focus for now so i can actually hustle when i am well. I will say though that the "Action Oreinted" Culture has done more good than bad though. Each individual has to decide to what extent and in what way they are going to apply the "Hustle Culture"

@Ren Tyler Yeah, at the end of the day each one must take steps that works best for him/her. Hope you are taking it slow and steady ? The body is not one to be toyed with. On the same though process though, If a person notices they don't have the circumstance to be among the "Hustle Culture" per say, why would they now put themselves in environments/stay in environments where that is the prevalent mindset and expect a different treatment? Just Saying

BRUTALLY honest review of Jenna's Clarity Call
Ok ok I'll work on my clickbait game. How about: "After investing $15,000 and counting on Skool groups, you should pay attention to this one" But I did want to share a few words after deciding to schedule a clarity call with Jenna right as the year ended! Not only was it fun to share my passion for Skool with an OG, but it truly was helpful getting to sit down and properly think through two of the main ways I want to incorporate community into my existence. @Jenna Ostrye shared she wants to help 1000 people and has given up a lot to make that happen. I know I'm going to learn a lot here - will you be learning with me?

One Way to Make an Extra $1k a Month
There are so many ways you can make money on this platform. You just need the ability to spot a problem, come up with a solution, then offer the solution. Spot Problem + Create Solution + Make Offer = Make Money Then just spot people with the same problem and make the offer to make more money. It’s not that hard if you allow yourself to be observant and creative. On an annual Admins Mastermind call, @Ethan Brits and I were discussing his strengths and the communities he’s excited about helping. We came up with a new role that comes before being a moderator or admin. It is an engagement booster for just $25 a week or $100 a month. What does that mean? Ethan finds communities that could use more consistent engagement. He ensures classroom content is brought up in discussions, engages daily, and helps members stay connected. Essentially, he’s doing what he naturally enjoys in communities he loves but with a clear purpose of adding value. Here’s what the role looks like: - Engage daily and make sure no one feels ignored - Post a few times a week to spark discussions based on classroom content - Highlight things the owner should see or address Some might call this a hype person, but it’s more than that. It is about being an authentic, helpful presence and not just someone who is there because they are paid. Why does this work? Community owners see the value of having an outside perspective without assigning a moderator or admin title. It can lead to better connections and retention.. bonus, even sales into the paid. Now, let’s do the math: - $100 x 10 communities = $1,000 MRR It is an easy yes for owners who need engagement help but are not ready to hire a full-time moderator or admin. Ethan secured two clients in casual conversations within a week of discussing this idea. While that may not feel like much, it compounds. Plus, it gets your foot in the door, positioning you as the natural choice for more significant roles in the future.

Daily Leads from an Optimized About Page
What's up y'all! I need to share something crucial – don't sleep on your About pages! I've been tinkering like a madman with mine, and finally made some major progress with finding the right messaging/copy (massive shoutout to @Jenna Ostrye ). I haven't changed anything else. No new outreach, no fresh content – literally just been obsessing over my About page. And while I know I should get back to content and outreach, something unexpected started happening. People are finding me organically. But not just any people – the RIGHT people. Perfect-fit clients who totally get what I'm about. So please, do yourself a favor and watch Jenna's "How to Talk to AI" video. It's pure gold. Learn the gaps in your market. Learn how your audience actually talks. Understand the way they describe their problems and the results they're after. This is literally all I've done, and I'm getting new members daily who are booking calls. Trust me on this one – it works. Don't sleep on it! πŸ”₯
