I have more lead magnets than anyone else on the internet which gives me an unfair advantage over "the competition." Having 100's of freebies allows me to keep things fresh in my posts and give give give to both new and repeat prospects. My flow in business is: Help people by doing or making something helpful --> Give it away for free --> Have convos with ppl who want it --> Potentially turn them into paying customers if they're a good fit and now's a good time :) Below is a recent example of how I turned something I did for fun into a CTA post. One of the biggest myths about online success is the idea that you need a massive following to make it work. You don’t. Success isn’t about the number of followers you have, it’s about the connection you build with your audience and the value you provide. Would you rather have ten thousand followers who never engage or a hundred people who trust you, support your work, and are ready to invest in what you offer? It’s not the size of your audience that matters. It’s the quality of the relationships you build with them. You can achieve incredible results with a small, engaged community by: Providing consistent value. Offering solutions to their problems. Showing up authentically and with purpose. There are countless stories of people building thriving businesses with just a few hundred followers. They focused on delivering value, building trust, and serving their audience well. So, if you’re holding back because your follower count feels small, stop. You already have everything you need to succeed. Start focusing on the people who are already paying attention and find ways to serve them better. Your success isn’t measured by numbers, it’s measured by the impact you make.

On the call yesterday, Ted said go onto the Skool Games Leader boards, he showed us on the call..but now I've been spending time looking at what people are selling, the CRAZY amounts people are making PER MONTH just with Skool alone. And it's made me see the vision...and realise I need to level up my offer. I think if you're stuck with your offer, just go to the leader boards and see what people are paying for. I feel slightly more out of my depth now, but also I'm seeing what's possible, and just how I need to think about my offer.

Earlier this week a fan emailed me saying: "Your woo-woo emails make me unsubscribe." So I figured I'd double down on the woo woo and write another one :D This "trick" may seem weird but it's backed by science and it worked for me so... if you're not making as much money as you want right now, try it! Step 1: Write down how much money you want to make per month (example: $10,000 per month) on a piece of paper. Step 2: Put that piece of paper on your fridge and on your bathroom mirror. Step 3: Everyday when you see that piece of paper with the number on it, smile, celebrate, and say something WITH FEELING like: "Yes! That's how much I'm making right now!" Step 4: Repeat daily. Why it works: Scientists have proven our nervous system & subconscious mind cannot tell the difference between what's real and what's imagined. This is why athletes who visualize performing their sport improve far faster than the athletes who don't visualize. So if you imagine something long enough, and with an intense enough emotion, it will soon become real. I did this with my first $10,000/month sticky note. Then I did it again with my $50,000/month sticky note. Then I did it again with my $200,000/month sticky note. It totally works! But look: If you want to be an online health/fitness coach...
