What can you say about a community led by such a passionate couple of Humans. Dan and Tan have created such a beautiful place for like minded individuals to connect, their ability to teach yoga, breath work mastery, and movement capacities that have changed my life and even piqued my curiosity to step out of my comfort zone and try some new things, all for the better. The people in the group will always make you feel welcome… 🙏🏻 

Joined for the love of rope flow, found a community of Stronger Humans not only  open to sharing fitness ideas, but we bounce nutrition off each other, we learn from one another, and create a place to be better, stronger and wiser.
