Hi everyone, my name is Gissele. I learned about this community from @Austin Marvel I’m based in South Florida ( City of Doral ) and am early in my land investing journey. Back in December I tested my first very small mail campaign of about 100 hand mailed letters just to understand the process and surprisingly received one response. I’m preparing to send my second campaign this month as I continue narrowing down my county and getting more familiar with Land Insights. Like many people starting out, I spent some time in analysis paralysis, but taking action with that first campaign helped shift me into implementation mode.😉 Although I spent about 15 years in medical sales, that career ended and I transitioned into real estate about two and a half years ago. I’m also currently working on building business credit so I can strategically leverage capital as I grow this business. Right now my focus is learning, implementing, and understanding how experienced operators are structuring their deal flow and systems. My focus right now is consistent execution and building a solid foundation for this business. Long term, my vision is to build a disciplined land business with strong systems and consistent deal flow. Looking forward to learning from everyone in the community.
