Ten days ago, I was offered the opportunity to come to South Africa for a holiday and now a week later I’m here, using the time to rest, reset and recharge and come back stronger and more focused. I haven’t been abroad for 6 years and the timing was right. I’m determined and I’ve been working on my mindset to believe in myself and my abilities and for the last two months which have been difficult as my beautiful Jack Russell Lucky, passed away last month. Today I am staying in a B and B that has a Jack Russell so cute! Rest, recharge and refocus. Happy Saturday everyone xx
