Want to Be Featured on My YouTube Channel? (CLOSED)
Currently working on a new video where I talk about what comes next after learning to build AI agents. In this video, I want to highlight real stories from people in this community who’ve actually used AI automation skills to make things happen in the real world. I’m looking for 4 types of people to feature: - Someone who sold AI automations without having a full business or agency - Someone who started as a freelancer, then launched a consultancy or AI business - A business owner who used AI automation within your own business - An employee who used AI to boost performance or save time at your job If you fit one (or more) of these, fill out the form below. If chosen, I'll feature you in the video and include a link to your site, LinkedIn, or wherever you want people to find you. Totally free. 👉 FORM LINK Can’t wait to share your stories 🙌

Submitted! I fall into a couple of the categories. I built a chrome extension that uses a streaming AI agent with n8n's MCP for tools. I combined it with a useful interface to manage and create ClickUp tasks while viewing emails, browsing online, etc. Honestly, AI agents become twice as useful when you have the right "interface" for giving them context and invoking them in the right moment.
🚀New Video: This AI Workflow Analyzes Videos for FREE (n8n + Google Gemini)
In this tutorial, I show you how to use Google Gemini in n8n with no code to analyze videos for free, either by uploading a local file or by simply providing a YouTube URL. You'll learn how to set up the full automation, including how polling works to ensure the analysis runs reliably. I also walk through how to prompt Gemini with specific instructions so you can control exactly how the video is analyzed, whether it's for summarizing, extracting insights, or anything else you need.

I love using Gemini for video analysis! If anyone's interested, I have a template on the n8n site for analyzing Loom videos with Gemini (you just need a Loom video URL and it takes care of the rest). https://n8n.io/workflows/4472-ai-powered-loom-video-qanda-with-gemini-25-and-slack-notifications/
Claude 4 just dropped! 👀
Two new powerhouse models from Anthropic: Claude Opus 4 - World's best coding model (72.5% on SWE-bench), excels at complex multi-hour tasks and agent workflows. Built for sustained performance on demanding projects. Claude Sonnet 4 - Major upgrade from 3.7 with superior coding (72.7% SWE-bench) and reasoning. Perfect balance of capability and efficiency for everyday use. Both models offer hybrid modes: instant responses OR deep thinking. Same pricing as before. Check out the post here

If you want to use it on your agent in n8n right now, you just need to manually switch the model to "claude-sonnet-4-20250514". I'm not noticing a big difference in behavior on my agents, but to be fair I didn't have intelligence issues with the types of tasks I was handling.
🚀New Video: Building AI Agents in n8n Somehow Got Easier (as a beginner)
If you're interested in diving deeper into building agents in n8n, let's chat here. In this video, I’ll show you the simplest method to equip your AI agents with tools in seconds, using nothing but natural language! With this approach, you can spin up advanced AI agents in minutes, allowing them to take action, retrieve data, and automate workflows effortlessly. Whether you're a beginner or more advanced, this method makes building AI agents easier than ever.

@Nate Herk That's pretty nifty. Have you run into issues with your agent hallucinating an email address? I told one to send an email to a specific email address and it misspelled it (I checked the logs to be sure). I was very surprised since the instructions were pretty empty, so it didn't have much to trip it up.

@Nate Herk What I want to ultimately do is build agentic AI with a combination of chat and UI interface. I don't love relying on written messages to see visual feedback of what my bot is doing. My ideal world is a combination of the bot confirming, and a UI card showing the email that was sent, calendar event booked, etc. It'll make hallucinations easier to catch. I'll have to play around with n8n AI more to see if I can do that with n8n + an external interface, or if n8n abstracts the raw data away and makes it unretrievable.
🚀New Video: This Trick Helps me Build Agents 3x Faster (as a beginner)
Building AI Agents in n8n can be slow and frustrating—but with the right approach, you can speed up the process 3X faster! In this video, I’m discussing the method I use to streamline agent development, making it quick and effortless to connect tools and get them working seamlessly. We’re diving into how to use the powerful $fromAI function—a game-changer for dynamically handling AI responses and automating workflows with ease. If you’re building AI agents in n8n, mastering $fromAI will save you hours of troubleshooting and make connecting tools to agents feel effortless.

@Aj Silvers I've solved this problem before. Typeform's field definitions are separate from their answers array so you have to match them up by ID. Since this is a deterministic thing that you can solve with code and requires no judgment, I suggest using a code step to format the response in a useful way instead of using AI which is not only more expensive but also less reliable. Here's an example with your output and a code step to return an object with the key as the field ID, and the value as the user's answer. In the code you can also switch to using the field title as the key to make it a bit easier to find the right field, but if you ever change those questions then it'll break your chain so I recommend using the ID. Also note that in Typeform's output, the value of the answers has a different key for different types of questions. Multiple choice returns a "label" whereas text returns "text". There's a few other idiosyncratic ones. Hope that helps!
