My Real Results
What is Pinnacle? ⛰️ It’s the system and framework I developed to elevate all areas of my life. People asked me about my before and after pics since I help people with body transformations. Nothing to hide over here. The first pic is summer 2025 when I was intentionally putting on weight and not in “shape.” The other photo is today. Simple stuff. Doing the things I teach and coach. I’m not going on any competition stages, but as the founder of this system, I feel 12-14% body fat is acceptable to be walking the walk. I’m not a traditional bodybuilder. What I have mastered is how to utilize nutrition and fitness to sculpt a body to any specifications or ideals. I’m just an average guy that values health, daily disciplines, and consistency. I’m a busy dad who works 9-5 AND runs a business while being as supportive and present as I can for my girls. I go to the actual gym about 6-8x a month. Nothing crazy. Anyone can be part of Pinnacle. Not just pro athletes and bodybuilders. If this resonates with you, you’re in the right place. Let’s grow!

The Pinnacle Climb: My Journey to a Stronger Me
I’ve worked so hard to shed this weight 💥 This transformation shows my journey from my heaviest at 263lbs in 2023. In April of this year, I was 212lbs and I am now down to 179lbs 🎉 It hasn’t been a quick or easy road — my weight has gone up and down — but this year I finally grabbed the bull by the horns 🐂 and stayed consistent with my eating 🥗 and workouts 🏋️‍♀️ That consistency has given me confidence, built my strength, and completely changed my mindset ✨ If you’re just starting, keep showing up for yourself, even on the hard days. It’s worth it. ❤️ I started this journey not knowing what I was doing, but this year I want to thank Pinnacle Peak Performance for helping me become this woman 💪

Hey Pinnacle fam! Sunday is a big day of reflection and it’s also the day I do my coaching calls and emails. I want to highlight one of the superstars who’s in month 2 of my Pinnacle Summit private coaching program. She doesn’t post her pics and is very private, but I have to take a minute to share that @Tatiana Filipow is absolutely crushing it. 💪🏽 We are doing a 100lb weight loss transformation journey together and she is ahead of schedule, closing out week 6, with 8lbs lost. My best reward is seeing people choose themselves every day and I get to play a small part in something that ends up being life-changing. When she’s ready to share, I know she will. For now I want the group to cheer her on because she’s doing the hard work every day. Let’s climb. ⛰️
