Just wanted to let you all know I may be a little distant today. This morning my mom fell and broke her hip. Fractured it. I called 911 and they took her to the ER. From there, they took images and discovered a fracture on her right hip. They took her into surgery today. They are hopeful that they can put a rod and screws in and she should be back up and walking again tomorrow. I have been at the hospital since 8am this morning and heading back up there to be there when she gets out of surgery. She is doing ok, she was just in a lot of pain. Once she gets out and is talking I will keep you guys posted here and pin a comment with her updates. Keep my mom in your prayers. 🙏 Not the Mother's Day I had planned, but being with her is gift enough for me! 🤗 Picture below is of me and her!

Most people say they feel stuck. Stuck in their thinking. Stuck in their work. Stuck in what comes next. But I am not always convinced that "stuck" is the right word. Because stuck suggests there is no movement. And that is rarely true. What I see more often is something quieter. A hesitation. Not because the next step is unknown, but because it is not yet trusted. You can see it. You can almost reach it. You may have even circled it more than once. And yet, you do not move. Not from lack of ability. Not from lack of ideas. But from a lack of conviction. We tend to think clarity comes first, and then action follows. But often, it works the other way around. A small step. A simple attempt. A willingness to move before everything feels certain. That is what builds conviction. You do not always need a better plan. Sometimes you need a reason to trust the one already forming. If you have been feeling "stuck",”it may be worth asking a different question: "What am I not yet convinced of?" That question does not push. It opens. And sometimes, that is all it takes.
