I started this in the military
What responsibility did the military carry for you that you now have to carry yourself? Discipline, fitness, standards, brotherhood, or purpose? I started working out in the military and still do. I also got a sense of purpose from the military to be strong and strive for my dreams. How about you?

To this day I credit my military training for where I am. Many with CRPS are fully bed bound or fully dependant on mobility equipment but the grit and determination I learned has helped me to keep moving even when it felt overwhelming. Fitness isn't great but I keep trying.
Who were you?
Who were you in the military that no longer exists — and who are you now? I’ll start. I was a signal soldier trained in electronics who was blessed to be stationed in Italy. How about you?

I was an Army medic. Started in CFB Portage la prairie. Medically retired from CFB Cold Lake in Canada after 14 years in. Now I'm an ambulatory wheelchair user in Ontario, Canada.
