How has everyone’s experience been with VA Disability?

Does anyone else like the Avatar movies? They are sort of military but have a lot of different things in them. I like seeing the military parts of the show. The futuristic part of it is interesting too.

Just wanted to take a moment to say thank you for welcoming me into the group. It’s always good to connect with other veterans who understand the experiences, challenges, and lessons that come with serving. The military may have been a chapter of our lives, but the values, discipline, resilience, and brotherhood/sisterhood stay with us long after the uniform comes off. Looking forward to learning from everyone here, sharing experiences, and supporting one another however I can. One question for you all! What branch did you serve in and what was your MOS? I'm a professional developer who has been developing projects for several years. How did your relationship with fitness, routine, or health change after the military? I've already said that my fitness started with the military. When I joined, I couldn't even run 2 miles in basic training. By the end of 8 weeks, I could run it, but not as fast as they required me to. When I got stationed in Italy, I used to run every other day and I got better. But as I aged, running gave me hip stress fractures so I had to stop. But I have kept doing exercise every day with dvds. I do aerobics and weight lifting. I like Denise Austin, Kathy Smith, Tony Horton, and Jillian Michaels. I do a different one each day. Does anyone else exercise with dvds? Or any online fitness gurus?
