Gerson Turno -- I’m based in the Philippines and currently involved in construction estimating and project coordination for civil and concrete-related works. Recently, I’ve worked on estimates and proposals for shotcreting, borehole drilling, anchor nailing, concreting, foundation works, formworks, and retaining wall projects. Aside from estimating, I also assist with project mobilization, manpower coordination, procurement, and site startup operations once projects move forward. I joined the group to learn more about international construction workflows, estimating systems, project controls, and how contractors streamline operations at larger scales. I’m especially interested in improving my knowledge in structural concrete, preconstruction, and digital workflow systems for construction.
