Most people don’t have a motivation problem, they have an execution problem. Challenge by Challenge is where that gets fixed. No long speeches, no fake hype, just real structure, real accountability, and people actually doing what they said they would do. If you’ve been saying ā€œI need to lock inā€ for a while, this is where you either prove it or keep making excuses. Your call. šŸ”„ https://www.skool.com/challengebychallenge/about?ref=8a0ea412c3f149ed83246410ac942de4

šŸ˜‚ you got me crying talking about retirement at 30, you still got so much time it’s not even funny, that’s really when people start hitting their stride for real; I’m 27 so I’m right there with you, just getting better, more focused, and way more intentional with everything now šŸ™ŒšŸ¾
Yes or No: Starting a new Podcast
I’m thinking about starting a podcast in Spanish, and I’d love to hear what you think. The concept is a bit different from the typical podcast format we see everywhere. Honestly, I feel like the classic setup — two people talking for an hour with the same structure — is getting a bit saturated now. So I want to experiment. The idea is to interview real people from different industries about how they are using AI in their work and daily life, with a central theme: AI works better when there is a human controlling it. It doesn’t matter if you’re in marketing, design, business, education, tech, or something completely different. What interests me is the human perspective behind the tools. And to make it more interesting, I want to include interactive segments and small games during the interviews, so it doesn’t feel like the typical podcast conversation we’ve all seen a thousand times. Everything will be recorded online, and again — the podcast will be in Spanish. So my question is: Would you join a podcast like this? And if you speak Spanish and would like to be interviewed, let me know. I’d love to feature people from this community.

Yes šŸ”„ this is actually a smart move because you’re not just starting another podcast, you’re giving it a clear angle and making it interactive, which is what most people are missing right now. The focus on real people using AI in everyday life is relatable and the Spanish market is still wide open compared to English content, so you’ve got room to stand out. I’d say go all in on it and keep that human perspective front and center, that’s what’s going to separate you šŸ’Æ
šŸš€Mondays growth tips!šŸš€
🌱 Growth Tip 1: Schedule ā€œThinking Timeā€ Like It’s a Meeting Most community owners spend all their time reacting. Replying to posts, answering DMs, fixing problems, posting content. But growth rarely happens during reaction mode. Try blocking 30 minutes a week of pure thinking time where you step away from the community and ask yourself questions like: • What is working really well right now? • What feels messy or confusing for members? • What is one small improvement I could make this week? The best community builders don’t just work in their communities. They regularly step outside and work on them. That small habit of reflection often leads to the tweaks that create massive long-term growth. 🧠 Growth Tip 2: Lead With Behaviour, Not Just Advice Your community watches everything you do, even when you don’t realise it. If you want members to: • be supportive • show up consistently • share openly • help others You need to model that behaviour first. Celebrate members publicly. Encourage small wins. Reply thoughtfully instead of rushing. A community naturally mirrors the energy and standards of its leader. If the leader shows curiosity, kindness, and consistency, the culture grows around it like gravity. When one of us wins, we all win!šŸ™Œāļø

This is real šŸ’Æ most people stay stuck because they’re always reacting instead of taking a step back and actually thinking, and that one shift alone can change everything. And that second point is key too, people don’t follow what you say, they follow what you consistently do, so the culture you build is really just a reflection of how you show up every day. Simple, but powerful šŸ”„
Tuesday Smoke & Mirrors: Where Traditional Medicine Gets the Story Wrong
The Fatigue Illusion They Don’t Want You to Notice Here’s a strange little truth no one ever tells you: Your body isn’t tired because it’s weak. It’s tired because it’s wise. But somewhere along the way, the story got rewritten. You were told your exhaustion meant you were lazy. Unmotivated. Not trying hard enough. Meanwhile, behind the curtain, something else was happening, something no one bothered to explain. Your body was pulling a lever. Slowing you down. Protecting you from something it didn’t have the energy to fight. And instead of asking why, the system handed you a label, and a pill. That’s the smoke and mirrors. Because fatigue isn’t a flaw. It’s a signal. A message. A quiet alarm your body sends when something deeper needs attention. But here’s the twist: A tired population is a profitable population. And a confused population is an obedient one. So the story stays simple: ā€œYou’re tired because you’re the problem.ā€ But you’re not the problem. You’re the clue. I know you’re exhausted, but I promise clicking the link requires less energy than pretending you’re fine. So.....click that link and get the full class this evening. This hit different šŸ”„ a lot of people don’t realize their body isn’t working against them, it’s trying to protect them, and instead of slowing down to understand it, we’re taught to push through and ignore the signal. That’s why so many people stay stuck feeling drained with no real answers. This is the kind of perspective more people need to hear šŸ’Æ
