Hermes vs OpenClaw vs paperclip
I had an agent cluster for my phd and my ai consultancy startup business I try to build in paperclip because you can use your Claude code subscription and don’t have to use api keys, but after one month it got a big hustle to keep up with all the informations and I recently just idled all the agents and return to my second brain with obsidian system in Claude code. I dabbled a bit with Hermes and connected a open router api so I can play with some Chinese models because they are cheap and I liked but I don’t know if it is the right choice now to fully invest in Hermes. I could sell for example a second brain database for clients and they could ask it questions via Hermes for a fraction of a cost but do you think it’s worth it ? Have any of you any experience or can you give me some tips?

@Lana Frei thanks for your reply. Yeah, i know that i first should validate my idea but it has to be viable for the customer too. i cannot say to to a greek smb owner you have to have a cc max subscription to use my product and also pay a retainer to me. So i have to improvise on how to cut cost for the customer first. For me i think its a no-go right now setup an agent cluster good old cc with a second brain rag system will do.

@Klemen Dobrota hey thanks for your insight. I would never sell it as a SaaS they would pay for the system and all the expenses for the VPS and API keys would be on the customer not me.

Anyone else experimenting with multi-agent setups?
Discovered Claude Code subagents last month and it completely changed how I work. Having specialized agents that handle different parts of a project — research, coding, testing — is like having a team. Anyone else experimenting with multi-agent setups?

i built 2 agent systems for my phd and startup ai business but after a while it got to much and stopped everything because it used all my cc subscription tokens!!
I DID IT!
I took my first step toward creating my first company OS through CoWork. Gosh am I loving it!! Now I am starting to explore and learn Claude Design. What are your best tips and ideas for Claude Design? What worked and what saved you time?

For claude Design i would first upload all the files that you need, then give the same files to cc and let it make you a prompt for design with plan mode or superpower:brainstorming.

💻New AIS Course: Build Your AI OS
Just dropped a new course in the classroom and I'm pretty pumped about this one. It's the full step-by-step on building your own AI OS. Same exact setup I use every day to run the YouTube channel, the community, and my team. 8 lessons, all my templates and prompts, plus a free GitHub repo so you can skip the boring setup and just start building. To unlock it in the classroom, you just need to hit level 3 in the community. Honestly pretty easy: - Drop an intro post if you haven't yet - Engage with a few other members in the threads - Help somebody out who's stuck on something That's pretty much it. Get to level 3 and the whole thing opens up. See you in there. - Nate
