Hi everyone, I’m Georgie. New Zealand born, from Havelock North Hawke’s Bay. Moved to Aussie with my husband & 3 x daughter’s 2008. I joined this hub because I’m committed to healing and learning how to step out of chronic fight-or-flight. Between stress, burnout, personal healing, and relationship challenges, my nervous system has been in survival mode for wayyyyy too long. I’m ready to feel safe in my body again — to exhale more fully, soften, and build real regulation from the inside out.
